Self-taught artist, producer and writer from Laguna Beach, California, Happy Sometimes has crafted a unique discography since the age of 13. Paving her way through the music industry, Happy received her first platinum record in 2017 whilst performing at Chicago's Lollapalooza for 60,000 music fans. Amongst many accomplishments she was awarded a plaque from Spotify for accumulating over 35,000,000 global streams, that included her first independently released EP “Videotapes'' and single “love for the weekend” which landed #4 on the US Viral chart, #10 on Spotify’s Global Hits playlist and a spot on every New Music Friday playlist around the world on the day of release.

Happy is destined to stand out from other artists in the indie pop and alternative music scene by her ability to create an entire world of her own from her bedroom and flawless story-telling which offers a sweet escape for listeners, no matter what they are going through. Every release listeners hear is a direct result of the pure emotion she felt when creating the song, from the drums or the level of tremolo in the guitar and harmonic layers from her vocals, this self-taught, multi-faceted talent continues to prove she's an artist that is not to be missed.

She cleverly blends the lyrical and melodic elements of alternative and country including Sheryl Crow, Twenty One Pilots, with the drum tones of legendary artists like Wu-Tang or 2Pac. Majorly influenced by the Beatles, Happy ascends multiple genres by simply feeling her way through life and her music continues to evolve with her. In contrast with the raw fragility of her vocal, the unapologetic honesty in her lyrics suggests Happy to be fearless. No matter who you are, Happy Sometimes has a rare way of connecting to the soul and effortlessly bringing a little light to the darkness of life.
